  1.   Paredes, J. “DocFlow SaaS, End-to-end document control for engineering project orders, reading the company ERP in read-only mode. Parses client transmittal returns from 8 portals (eGesDoc/Técnicas Reunidas, AYESA, SACYR Proarc, PRODOC/Wood, Document Space/Hyundai, GAIA, Aconex, Sendoc), auto-downloads portal packages and files every returned PDF into its network folder without ever overwriting an archived revision. Also generates client cover sheets from Word/Excel templates, the monthly Vendor Progress Report, 3-level claim escalation, DocuSign envelopes, departmental views (sales, purchasing, production, quality, administration, warehouse) and interactive web + Excel reporting, with AI summaries via Claude.
